Oxford was the first in the Canadian commercial real estate industry to launch a 24/7 customer service hotline – 310-MAXX (310-6299). 310-MAXX offers customers quick, convenient, one-stop access to property management teams to help address their service needs. Typically, these requests are related to temperature adjustments, cleaning, lighting, repairs and security. The mandated service level for the call centre is to answer 90% of calls within 10 seconds. Since 1999, the process of dispatching work orders has been completely paperless, with Oxford being one of the first companies in Canada to use the original Blackberry to send work order details and receive updates from Oxford staff. We also have a website (310maxx.com) for online customer service that was launched in 2000. In 2015, Oxford launched a 310MAXX.com website specifically for residential customers, which is aimed at meeting their unique needs.
