Our Targets

We establish sustainability performance indicators and targets, and rigorously manage and measure performance across our portfolio.

Sustainability Targets

Management and performance targets are identified for certain high priority topics related to material issues:

  • Management targets identify a specific activity or outcome we are trying to achieve. We currently have targets in the areas of green leases, building recommissioning, new technologies, occupant engagement, and new construction and major renovation projects.
  • Performance targets identify a specific improved performance metric that we are trying to achieve. We currently have performance targets for energy, water, waste, green buildings and employee engagement.
