Customer Sustainability Engagement is defined as the purposeful interaction with customers regarding sustainability matters. These interactions are calculated based on encounters through lobby and special building events, customer green team meetings, as well as ongoing programs. The number of interactions increased annually as our green team, lobby events, and ongoing programs spread across regions and asset classes. 2020 engagement activities moved to online mediums such as Oxford Connects, where customers are encouraged to participate in digital events and activities to support sustainability efforts.
